Arbitrage Real Estate was engaged in land sourcing for hotel and leisure development purposes on behalf of an international client, a major investment management fund with a global real estate allocation of €6 billion.
Arbitrage's hospitality brokerage specialists completed two rounds of land identification based on a set of defined investment and development criteria. From a long list of options, Arbitrage's team selected and reported on 6 development land sites situated in the prefectures of Attica and Peloponnese. The total surface of the land sites was in excess of 1,2 million m2, adjacent to the sea and eligible for hotel and leisure purposes development.
Arbitrage also advised on master planning guidance issues.
