Arbitrage provided technical advisory services to the interested investor in relation to a 5-star hotel resort complex with more than 190 rooms located in Rhodes.
Our technical team inspected the property and conducted a thorough technical due diligence to assess the planning, structural, MEP installations, energy efficiency infrastructure as well as the environmental credentials of the property. The purpose of our technical advisory work was to inform the decision making of the investor in respect of the acquisition of the resort complex and the associated CapEx plan.
During the assignment, our team provided the following services:
- Reviewed the available technical and planning documents
- Assessed the compliance with existing building regulations
- Identified any required planning related action needed ahead of any legal transfer of the Property
- Conducted a macroscopic structural evaluation
- Assessed the existing MEP installations and the current repairs state
- Produced a high level CapEx estimation of the rectification and upgrade works
