Arbitrage provided to Lamda Development strategic commercial and technical advice in relation the Hellinikon project business district.
The strategic advisory assignment was split into two parts, the commercial and the technical.
As part of the commercial part, Arbitrage conducted a thorough market research and commercial review of the national office market. The part included among other things the following deliverables:
- Commercial analysis including key market performance indicators
- Supply dynamics, quality of existing stock, notable buildings
- Demand dynamics, vacancies and recent take up
- Investment and transactional activity
As part of the technical part, Arbitrage conducted an appraisal study with technical, cost and commercial recommendations on the office development strategy for Hellinikon. The part included among other things the following deliverables:
- Office development case studies with national and international examples
- Sustainability trends and related office market developments
- Modern office product and post COVID-19 expected specifications
- New office development costing benchmarks and pricing
