Arbitrage Real Estate negotiated on behalf of TRASTOR REIC and concluded the purchase of a high street retail portfolio comprised of 2 units in the heart of Kifisia and Chalandri centres respectively.
The commercial properties relate to a ground level retail unit in Shopping Land commercial centre in Kifisia, as well to a stand-alone property of 320m², located at Andrea Papandreou street at the commercial district of Chalandri. Both properties are rented to well known fashion and financial services lessees with strong covenants.
Arbitrage RE introduced both properties to the investor and was assigned the exclusive professional representation. It also acted as its principal advisor in the deal. Arbitrage RE provided commercial, services, coordinated technical licensing and permitting issues and oversaw the negotiation of the related SPA contracts.
The acquisition of the properties was announced by TRASTOR REIC on 19 July 2017 and 10 August 2017 respectively and the total acquisition price amounted to €1.5mn.
