Arbitrage RE was appointed by New Venture Fund to offer project management and technical advisory services for the implementation of the Municipality of Athens “Open Schools” for the neighbourhood and “Design for Better Learning” programs with an overall construction value of c. €2 million euros.
To improve the schools buildings and their infrastructure, Arbitrage RE delivered an integrated Project and Cost Management service from the initial tender stage through to the end of defects. In more detail, our project management team was responsible for the preparation of the Tender Documentation and Evaluation, including the Contract Documents and the Construction Program, while actively supervising the construction works.
For both programs exclusive donor is the Stavros Niarchos Foundation.
