Chris is an MRICS Chartered Surveyor, who brings to Arbitrage RE professional expertise in real estate surveying, valuation and market research. He is also experienced in aspects of real estate sustainability, property agency and management.
Chris is a Senior Associate in the Valuation & Advisory team and leads projects and assignments. His responsibilities include the provision of valuation services for IFRS, insurance and acquisition purposes, feasibility studies and market research. In addition, Chris develops benchmarking property portfolio databases and investment modelling tools. He is also involved in agency services, liaising with landlords, occupiers and property developers. In the past, Chris was cooperating with a major real estate surveying firm in Athens.
Chris is a member of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (RICS), a Recognized European Valuer (REV) and a member of The European Group of Valuers' Association (TEGoVA). He holds an MSc in Real Estate Finance and Investment from the University of Reading and a BSc in Economics from the University of Ioannina.
Vasilis brings to Arbitrage RE extensive hospitality sector expertise and leads related agency and brokerage solutions.
Vasilis specialises in the hotel transactions market and has taken an active role in asset purchases and long term lease agreements. He has also been engaged in retail chains expansion projects, relocation and move management services to national and multinational corporates as well as in acquisition projects representing opportunistic investors. He has been a sales manager for more than 5 years in a major hotel chain with over 1,500 rooms. In the past, he led the commercial department of 'Exclusive Properties Investments' agency, which focused on retail, office and tourism land plots transactions. He started his career in the residential property sector, spending 4 years in a major Athenian agency office, where he gained transactions experience in central Athens and its northern suburbs.
Vasilis holds an MSc in Services Management and a BSc in International and European Economic Studies from Athens University of Economics and Business. He has also taken real estate valuation courses with the American Appraisal Institute.
Isidoros brings to Arbitrage RE prime office and retail agency and brokerage expertise.
Isidoros is a Senior Associate in the Agency & Brokerage team. He is responsible for office and retail property agency and brokerage services to corporate clients, domestic landlords and developers. He is also actively involved in investment sourcing for the firm's international and institutional clients. He has a deep knowledge of the domestic real estate market and maintains a strong network of agents, contractors, landlords and high net worth investors. Prior to Arbitrage RE, Isidoros gained a 10-year experience in real estate transaction advisory as one of the founding partners of an Athens based real estate boutique specializing in office and retail agency and brokerage services.
Isidoros has studied Business Administration in the Hellenic Management Association and holds a BSc in Philosophy from Kapodistrian University of Athens.
Kalliopi is a chartered Architect, member of RIBA and a certified real estate valuer. She brings to the team property valuation and building surveying expertise as well as experience in architectural design, sustainability, building services and development project management.
Kalliopi is a Senior Associate in the Valuation & Advisory team. She is focusing on valuation, technical due diligence and development management work. Previously, she was working for the architectural practices RG+P and John Robertson Architects in London, where she gained extensive experience in the design and construction of prime residential and office building projects. Prior to that, she cooperated as a property valuer with Eurobank Property Services and worked for architectural practices in Athens and Edinburgh.
Kalliopi holds an MSc in Real Estate Investment & Finance and an MSc in Building Services Engineering from Heriot-Watt University. She studied Architecture in the Aristotle University of Thessaloniki.
Anthee brings valuation, agency and surveying expertise. She is responsible for preparing valuation reports for a wide range of purposes, including loan security, year-end accounts, insurance, sales and acquisitions.
Anthee is an Associate in the Valuation & Advisory team. She has valued in her career more than 450 industrial, commercial, residential and hotel properties all over Greece in accordance with IAS. She has cooperated with National Bank, Eurobank and Piraeus Bank. She has also participated in technical due diligence projects, in which she dealt extensively with Public Urban Planning Offices. In the past, she was working for GLP Values (GVA Worldwide) and collaborated with Eurobank Property Services.
Anthee is a Recognized European (REV) and a member of The European Group of Valuers’ Association TEGoVA. She holds an MSc in Design and Analysis of Structures and an MEng in Civil Engineering from NTU of Athens. Anthe is fluent in English and conversational in German.
Stella is responsible for market research analysis and reporting. She also oversees the firm’s network of collaborating agents.
In the past, she worked as a marketing manager at CBRE Atria and at the affiliate office of Cushman & Wakefield, where she was responsible for coordinating, managing and overseeing marketing activities at two shopping centres in co-operation with retail tenants. She has also worked in the past as a purchasing manager in PHILIPS Hellas, in the investment services division of Genesis stock brokerage firm and as an assistant at the commercial directorate in Air Liquide Hellas.
She holds a BSc in Science and Technology from the Hellenic Open University. Stella is fluent in English and conversational in French.
Lillian coordinates and manages internal office operations and managing the firm’s databases. Her responsibilities also include project progress monitoring, external stakeholder management and the annual marketing plan.
Lilian was previously working for ISS Facility Services as a sales specialist, where she was handling CRM, planning and tendering issues. Before ISS, she spend 7 years with Sony Europe in sales support for Greece & Cyprus, responsible for order handling in SAP environment, communications, invoicing and reporting to sales division. Lilian has also worked for InfoQuest in sales administration.
Lilian holds an MSc and BSc in Political Science and History from Panteio University in Athens.
Konstantinos brings to Arbitrage RE experience in property valuations and technical advisory.
Konstantinos is an Associate in the Valuation & Advisory team and responsible for preparing valuation reports for a wide range of purposes. His responsibilities also include feasibility studies related to residential and commercial real estate projects. He also participates in technical due diligence assignments, with a specific focus on the assessment of urban planning and structural issues. In the past, Konstantinos worked for NAI Hellas, Themeliodomi SA and as a freelance Civil Engineer.
Konstantinos is a member of the Technical Chamber of Greece. He holds an MBA from ALBA Graduate Business School in Athens and MEng in Civil Engineering from Aristotle University of Thessaloniki.
Ioannis brings to Arbitrage RE more than 8 years of experience in property valuation.
Ioannis is an Associate Surveyor in the Valuation & Advisory team and responsible for preparing valuation reports for a wide range of purposes. His responsibilities also include market research and analysis of regional and local real estate markets. In the past, he cooperated with ADRIATICA as Senior Analyst, where he conducted and supervised numerous commercial and property valuations for transaction lending and loan restructuring purposes. He has also served as second lieutenant in the army corps of engineers.
He holds a BSc in Geology and a MSc from National and Kapodistrian University of Athens. He is also a member of Geotechnical Chamber of Greece and of the Valuation Institute.
Stefanos brings to Arbitrage RE energy efficiency and M&E expert support in its technical advisory and due diligence projects.
Stefanos is an experienced mechanical & electrical engineer with substantial project-based expertise in energy efficiency retrofit and hospitality development projects. He has participated in a large number of M&E projects for a variety of private clients predominantly in the commercial, hotel and hospitality resort sectors. He has prepared technical studies, budgets and supervised installation. He is experienced in integrated services from the initial stage to the final design and through to implementation. Additionally, he is an energy performance assessor. In the past, he worked for INSTA Consulting Engineers in Athens.
Stefanos is a qualified M&E Engineer from University of Thrace and holds an MSc in Energy Production and Management from National Technical University of Athens.
Marie brings to Arbitrage RE almost 10 years of experience in real estate architecture, fit-out and construction works supervision.
Marie has considerable know-how in the architectural design and implementation on a variety of real estate projects in residential, commercial, office and education sector. She has assumed a series of consulting and coordination roles in new building development and fit-out projects as well as in Private Public Partnership (PPP) funded social infrastructure projects. Prior to her cooperation with Arbitrage, Marie worked for more than five years as an Architect for Atkins International in Athens.
Marie has a Postgraduate Diploma in Architecture from University of Brighton and a BA (Hons) in Architecture from Oxford Brookes University.
Evrotas brings to Arbitrage RE almost 15 years of experience in real estate planning and development.
Evrotas is a qualified and experienced Civil Engineer, who has project managed diverse construction and real estate development projects. He provides consulting services to landlords and public sector. He is also undertaking energy efficiency audits for buildings. In the past, he worked for A.Kapetanidis ATEE, a construction contractor, where he was assigned engineering and project management duties in various projects. Evrotas started his career working in residential development and civil engineering projects. Among other assignments in his career, Evrotas has site managed a 2,500m² villas project in Corfu with communal recreational and spa facilities.
Evrotas holds an MSc in Construction Economics & Management from University College London and an MEng in Civil Engineering from National Technical University of Athens.
Panos brings to Arbitrage RE more than 15 years of experience in planning, structural engineering and technical due diligence expertise.
Panos is a qualified Civil Engineer with extensive experience in the planning, monitoring and developing process of buildings' construction. He is specialized in structural assessment and retrofit of existing concrete and steel frame building structures. Panos provides also consulting services in the field of planning law and energy audits. He has audited and enhanced the planning law compliance of over 350 private properties in Greece, using the tools provided by the current regulation. He has also conducted energy audits in more than 80 commercial and residential private properties.
Panos holds an MEng in Civil Engineering from National Technical University of Athens.
