Chris Mantzouratos

Chris is an MRICS Chartered Surveyor and brings to Arbitrage RE professional expertise in real estate surveying, valuation and market research. He is also experienced in aspects of real estate sustainability, agency and management.

Chris is an Engagement Manager in the Valuation, Research & Advisory team and leads projects and assignments. His responsibilities include the provision of valuation services for IFRS, underwriting, insurance and acquisition purposes, feasibility studies and market research. In addition, Chris develops benchmarking property portfolio databases and investment modelling tools. He is also involved in agency services, liaising with landlords, occupiers and developers.

Chris is a member of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (RICS), a Recognized European Valuer (REV) and a member of The European Group of Valuers' Association (TEGoVA). He holds an MSc in Real Estate Finance and Investment from the University of Reading and a BSc in Economics from the University of Ioannina.

Vasilis Fotopoulos

Vasilis brings to Arbitrage RE extensive hospitality sector expertise and leads related agency, brokerage and capital markets solutions.

Vasilis is an Engagement Manager in the Agency & Brokerage team. He specialises in the hospitality market and takes an active role in asset purchases and long term operating lease agreements as he brings 5 years experience as a sales manager in a major hotel chain with over 1,500 rooms. He is also managing acquisition mandates representing opportunistic investors. He is also engaging in retail chains expansions and office relocation projects of national and multinational corporates. In the past, he led the commercial department of a real estate agency, which focused on retail, office and land plot transactions. He started his career in the residential property sector in a major Athenian agency office.

Vasilis holds an MSc in Services Management and a BSc in International and European Economic Studies from Athens University of Economics and Business. He has also taken real estate valuation courses with the American Appraisal Institute.

Isidoros Raftopoulos

Isidoros brings to Arbitrage RE prime office and retail agency and brokerage expertise.

Isidoros is a Senior Associate in the Agency & Brokerage team. He is responsible for office and retail property agency and brokerage services to corporate clients, domestic landlords and developers. He is also actively involved in investment sourcing for the firm's international and institutional clients. He has a deep knowledge of the domestic real estate market and maintains a strong network of agents, contractors, landlords and high net worth investors. Prior to Arbitrage RE, Isidoros gained a 10 years experience in real estate transaction advisory as one of the founding partners of an Athens based real estate agency boutique.

Isidoros has studied Business Administration in the Hellenic Management Association and holds a BSc in Philosophy from Kapodistrian University of Athens.

Kalliopi Mitsimpona

Kalliopi is a chartered Architect, member of RIBA and a certified real estate valuer. She brings to the team property valuation and building surveying expertise as well as experience in architectural design, sustainability, building services and development project management.

Kalliopi is a Senior Associate in the Valuation, Research & Advisory team. She is focusing on valuation, technical due diligence and development project management work. Previously, she was working for RG+P and John Robertson Architects in London, where she gained experience in the design and construction of prime residential and office building projects. Prior to that, she cooperated as a property valuer with Eurobank Property Services and worked for architectural practices in Athens and Edinburgh.

Kalliopi holds an MSc in Real Estate Investment & Finance and an MSc in Building Services Engineering from Heriot-Watt University. She studied Architecture in the Aristotle University of Thessaloniki.

Anthee Constantinou

Anthee brings real estate valuation, technical advisory and planning expertise.

Anthee is an Associate in the Valuation, Research & Advisory team. She is responsible for preparing valuation reports for a wide range of purposes, including loan security, year-end accounts, insurance and acquisitions. She is also participating in technical advisory assignments and dealing with Urban Planning Authorities. In the past, she was working for GLP Values (GVA Worldwide) and collaborated with Eurobank Property Services.

Anthee is a member of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (RICS),a Recognized European (REV) and a member of TEGoVA. She holds an MSc in Design and Analysis of Structures and an MEng in Civil Engineering from NTU of Athens.

Margarita Vasiliou

Margarita joint recently Arbitrage RE to bring experience in real estate valuation, technical advisory and construction project management.

Margarita is an Associate in the Valuation, Research & Advisory team. She is preparing valuation reports and participates in Debt-to-Asset underwriting projects related to corporate and residential NPLs. She also participates in technical advisory assignments with a focus on project management aspects. In the past, Margarita worked for Delfi Partners alongside banks, real estate and distressed private equity firms and as a Civil Engineer for Archirodon Group and the Municipality of Thessaloniki.

Margarita is a member of the Technical Chamber of Greece. She holds an MSc in Project Management and MEng in Civil Engineering from Aristotle University of Thessaloniki.

Stella Ramopoulou

Stella is responsible for market research, analysis and reporting. 

Stella is an Associate in the Valuation, Research & Advisory team and participates in feasibility studies, market due diligence and research projects. She is also responsible for drafting and coordinating the firm's publicly available market research reports. In the past, she worked as a marketing manager at CBRE Atria and at the affiliate office of Cushman & Wakefield, where she was overseeing marketing activities at 2 shopping centres in co-operation with retail tenants. She has also worked as a purchasing manager in PHILIPS Hellas, in the investment services division of Genesis brokerage firm and in the commercial directorate of Air Liquide Hellas.

She holds a BSc in Science and Technology from the Hellenic Open University.

Lilian Thanou

Lillian coordinates and manages internal office operations and managing the firm’s databases.

Her responsibilities include among other things project progress monitoring, external stakeholder management and the annual marketing plan. She also oversees the firm’s network of collaborating agents. Lilian was previously working for ISS Facility Services as a sales specialist. Before ISS, she spend 7 years with Sony Europe in sales support for Greece & Cyprus. Lilian has also worked for InfoQuest in sales administration.

Lilian holds an MSc and BSc in Political Science and History from Panteio University in Athens. 

Antonis Stasinopoulos

Antonis is an Analyst in the Valuation, Research & Advisory team.

Antonis supports asset valuation, financial analysis and market research work. He brings knowledge in statistics, financial econometrics, fixed income and macroeconomics. He was previously working at the finance department of a shipping company, where he was responsible for financial statements analysis and reconciliation. He has also worked as a sales intern in an FX and stock brokerage firm.

Antonis holds a Bachelor in Banking and Finance from University of Piraeus. His thesis related to the valuation of top-tier companies based mainly on the DCF modelling.

Vlassis Giannopoulos

Vlassis brings almost 15 years of experience in real estate valuations and technical advisory.

Vlassis is responsible for valuations and market analysis to investors, banks, servicers and auditors. His responsibilities also include feasibility studies, technical due diligence and underwriting work. Previously, Vlassis was working KTC Real Estate Advisors LCC in New York and before for Eurobank Property Services and Pascal&Co in Greece.

Vlassis is a Recognized European Valuer (REV) and a member of TEGoVA. He has an engineering degree from the Technological Educational Institute of Athens.

Konstantinos Zervas

Konstantinos brings to Arbitrage RE more than 10 years of experience in technical advisory and management of small and large scale real estate development and fit out projects.

Konstantinos is a Senior Associate in the Planning & Development team and brings expertise in all aspects of a construction project. He has also a proven track record in controlling large budgets and bringing forward projects in tight deadlines. Before Arbitrage, he was working for Athens Creative, supervising the construction of a 5-floor department store (4,500 sqm) in Athens. In the past, he worked for Datakat, where he was responsible for the new concept fit out of over 100 Vodafone shops in Greece, for GENKAT, as a Quality Manager, and for Dalcon, as a site management engineer.

Konstantinos is a qualified Civil Engineer. He holds an MBA from ALBA Graduate Business School in Athens and an MEng in Civil Engineering from Aristotle University of Thessaloniki.

Marie Petrovits

Marie brings to Arbitrage RE almost 10 years of experience in real estate architecture, fit-out and construction works supervision.

Marie has considerable know-how in the architectural design and implementation on a variety of real estate projects in residential, commercial, office and education sector.  She has assumed a series of consulting and coordination roles in new building development and fit-out projects as well as in Private Public Partnership (PPP) funded social infrastructure projects. Prior to her cooperation with Arbitrage, Marie worked for more than five years as an Architect for Atkins International in Athens.

Marie has a Postgraduate Diploma in Architecture from University of Brighton and a BA (Hons) in Architecture from Oxford Brookes University. 

Panos Nerantzis

Panos brings to Arbitrage RE more than 15 years of experience in planning, structural engineering, project management and technical advisory expertise.

Panos is a qualified Civil Engineer with extensive experience in the planning, monitoring and developing process of buildings' construction. He is specialized in structural assessment and retrofit of existing concrete and steel frame building structures. Panos provides also consulting services in the field of planning law and energy audits. He has audited the planning law compliance of over 400 private properties in Greece and conducted energy audits in more than 100 commercial and residential private properties.  

Panos holds an MEng in Civil Engineering from National Technical University of Athens.

Thanasis Angelopoulos

Thanasis brings to Arbitrage RE more than 20 years of experience in energy efficiency and M&E engineering and provides expert support in technical advisory and due diligence projects.

Thanasis is a technical expert in the design and management of large and medium scale building, industrial and infrastructure projects. His expertise includes value engineering, technical due diligence and appraisal, engineering consulting, on-site supervision, testing and commissioning. In the past, he managed the design of the electrical installations of one of the world largest residential and commercial projects, the Blue City in Oman and also supervised a $2 billion military camp project in KSA. He also project managed the detailed design and supervised the MEP installations of Athens Olympic Village. He has undertaken the main energy audit for the central building of the Greek Parliament totalling 27,000 sqm. In general, he has performed more than 500 energy audits in Greece.

Thanassis is an accredited multi-disciplined M&E engineer from National Technical University of Athens and holds an MSc in Energy Management from Cranfield University.

Chris Athanasoglou

Chris is a land surveying engineer with a specialization in urban planning. He is a member of technical advisory team.

Chris participates in technical due diligence and planning & development management projects. He contributes in technical documentation and planning assessments as well as in development projects focusing on cost control and budgeting aspects. He is also involved in the management of external associates and supports the preparation and drafting of technical reports

Chris has studied at the Topographical Engineering School of the National Technical University of Athens.
