Arbitrage expands Colliers real estate services in Greece

We are pleased to formally announce that today we have entered into an affiliate agreement with the leading diversified professional services and investment management company, Colliers International. Under the agreement, Arbitrage Real Estate will create a new operation, Colliers Greece.

The services that Colliers Greece will provide include agency and brokerage, asset and property management, valuations, research and capital markets advisory – all of which are already provided by Arbitrage to a variety of leading local and international clients. The REO Servicing (incl. NPL collaterals auction promotion) will remain under Arbitrage brand with an intention to grow as a separate business line either independently or through joint ventures with investors, financiers and other specialists.

Colliers EMEA leadership is always on the lookout for strong performing businesses that have well-established business credentials and a strong culture focused on accelerating the success of our people and clients. We are confident that under their existing strong leadership, Arbitrage will integrate well with the wider Colliers EMEA region network and local teams to deliver long-term growth to Arbitrage’s commercial advisory and brokerage services business line as Colliers Greece.

As the market experiences a pricing re-set, we see this as an opportune time to strengthen our commercial advisory and brokerage service offering and capabilities by collaborating strategically with Colliers’ experts to service institutional, corporate and investment clients with an EMEA remit.

Arbitrage will begin to re-brand its commercial advisory and brokerage service business to Colliers from the date of this announcement.

Arbitrage will continue to provide its technical advisory, cost consulting, project management and real estate development business services under Arbitrage brand.

Project and Cost Manager of Pfizer Greece in its HQ Office refurbishment

We are happy to share that Arbitrage successfully acted as the Project Manager and Cost Manager of Pfizer Greece in the refurbishment of its privately owned c.4.000sq.m. HQ Office building in Athens.

Following Pfizer’s advanced global workplace standards, the refurbishment of the office space aimed to transform the existing premises into a modern and agile working environment with contemporary and bespoke furniture and fittings. The project included the installation of energy efficient solutions, the latest digital technology, and high-quality materials.

We got involved in this exciting project since its concept design phase in February 2021. Following the budgeting and permitting stage, we run a competitive tendering process and subsequently we managed the construction progress on site. The project was successfully delivered this May on time and within budget. 

It demonstrates our strong commitment in supporting major international corporates in their office development and fit out projects.

The new office space was designed by A&M and the construction works delivered by Ballian Techniki.
